Katelyn Denno, MSSW

Katelyn received a Bachelor of Social Work from Mississippi State and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.  She has been working in healthcare for two years. What led her to this career path was inspired by her mother's experience caring for my grandparents. Navigating the healthcare system exposed her to both positive and negative interactions with social workers. She knew early on that she wanted to pursue a career in social work to support and advocate for others during challenging times. Her favorite part of her job is building rapport with patients and their support systems while helping them get through complex situations. In her spare time, she enjoys time with family and friends and playing with her cat, Binx.
