Zach Smith, RN

Zach achieved an Associates Degree in Nursing from Motlow State Community College, graduating Cum Laude. He has worked in healthcare for the past 22 years, beginning as a Resident Assistant in a skilled nursing facility in 2002. He became a CNA and later attended LPN studies in 2006, finally completing his RN in 2021. He has never wanted to work in any other field. Nursing was his true calling. Making a positive impact on his patient's lives and working with his colleagues to maximize resident outcomes gives him joy. He enjoys hiking, kayaking, spending quality time with his loved one, and playing football. Zach’s favorite quote is, “If you think you can, you will. If you think you can’t, you won’t.
