Jenipher Cooper

Jenipher has been in healthcare since her early teens, beginning as a CNA and then finding Activities as an Aide, which was a perfect fit for her upbeat and outgoing personality. Being able to entertain and bring laughter and joy to our Residents' days drives this Director to bring “greatness” back to the community. What is her favorite part of the job? She responds with “All of it,” especially seeing the patients smile, laugh, and enjoy themselves daily. Getting to learn each of them individually creates a family-like bond. Jenipher feels her job is gratifying, being able to help solve issues or just be there for someone in need. In her spare time, she likes to go to the races, spend time outdoors, and be with her children.
