Sarah Cole
Director of Rehabilitation
Sarah joined our Nashville family as the Director of Rehabilitation in March 2021. Sarah graduated from Auburn University with a Master’s degree in Communication Disorders. She began her career as a speech pathologist in the skilled nursing industry, and she has led rehabilitation departments for over five years. In Sarah’s spare time she enjoys reading books, and spending time with her family.
