Roger Peden II, LNHA

Roger has a 14 year history of serving as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with LNHA licensures in TN, TX and GA.  He exemplifies a diverse background of administrative experience, programming development, adherence to policies and procedures, providing managerial adherence to regulatory guidelines and compliance. His strengths includes experience in building strong relationships with community Physicians, Hospital Case Managers, and Community Collaterals with successful results in establishing strong patient on-boarding processes that include providing excellent customer service and quality of care. Roger has accumulated extensive experience in the provision of patient care, development of goals for quality of care, employee retention and financial performance. Roger studied at Baylor University and St Edward’s University in Austin, TX. Roger is married with a son and an amazing dog named Mattie. He enjoys traveling and reading.
