Erika has a Business Management degree from the University of Texas Arlington. She has worked in healthcare for 13 years, 12 of those years she worked as a Manager at an Optical in Texas. She recently moved to Tennessee and started this position in Discharge Planning. She enjoys planning and getting to know some of the residents. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and dogs, as well as exploring and visiting new places.
